OK, if Superfetch is disabled then that's great, but is some other file caching/memory optimizing program possibly installed? -this comment makes me think there is; It's not necessarily a problem, I'm just trying to answer your question regarding memory usage.... **Btw it looks like your pagefile is disabled - am I right?
Pagefile was disabled originally, and then I turned it back on. That made it use less ram overall. But so far after the new drivers he found I haven't had a problem. Hoping it keeps up
OK then.....good luck. Btw, you could prob disable the PF again if you wanted....but don't worry if ram use increases with it off, that's normal....just keep an eye on the Commit amount.
Been using it all night. Installed things, played games, multi-tasked. Closed all extra programs (besides drivers and suites) and i'm sitting at 1.2-1.3 used. I think the killer network manager just disagreed with my system. THank you all
Just because Superfetch couldn`t be the culprit behind memory troubles. It uses standby memory lists which are free to use for any system demands.
I ll assume that you don't know:stop every chrome.exe then put page you posted again.if you need all those browser page open use internet explorer 64 bit .
I know it's standby but it still uses physical memory until that space is required by some working process or app.
Thanks is earned by effort, not results. Apps I was running? Do you mean the network manager or the games themselves? Killer Network Manager was the name, What I was using - Steam/Uplay/Origin - downloanding games on each, while playing Hearthstone on the Battle.net app.
