I do remember stating that. The driver is still currently being optimize and without any official Tester available for Testing I can only depend on Crossfire users using the driver to let me know if Crossfire is working correctly. Anyways I have an idea to what may of cause the issue.
I will probably include a Switcher that reverts the driver to a previously working build so I have more freedom in the way I Mod the driver. It will also allow Users to easily benefit from the new driver and revert to the old driver if a problem such as the one you're facing arise.

I think you are Over thinking things. The very first setup is basically a shortcut to the bin and bin64 it will choose the correct settings base by os then Launch the correct AMD Setup. So it's recommended to always use the first setup as it chooses the correct settings.

 

Seems like applying Legacy Performance Switchers break 3D games, tried using switcher "C" and now I'm not able to launch games anymore, I even tried to revert back to defaults, but even then 3D games are broken.

EDIT: Tried other switchers and even tried the GPU restarter tool, but the problem is still present for me and so far the only way for me to fix that problem is to do a full uninstallation and reinstallation to the drivers.

Can someone pleas helpe me enable switchable graphics on my pc ?

I have HP G62-a10EM Notebook .
It has ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 Graphics with ati mobility radeon 4250.

i m using windows 7 .
i tried to install drivers from official hp site (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...&lc=en&cc=hr&dlc=en&sww_lang=&product=4226726)

on clean new install of windows 7 64 bit and it is not working .
i tried some of the mooded drivers on this forum and still not working.

btw i don t have in bios option for dynamic and fixed graphic

 

Did you make sure to uninstall all drivers using the included cleaner then attempt to install the latest driver included on the front page?

 

i didn t use cleaner becouse i have installed new windows and there where not any drivers instaled

 

Ok tell me what your device manager looks like under display adapter...(check to see if it recognize both graphic cards.

Ok, this time I would like you to use both cleaners included in the dx9 switcher package then attempt re-installing the driver. One step you may want to try doing is setting both graphic card to the basic display adapter before reinstalling the latest 12.11 modded driver.

hi dellon i tested 10.x series and the last one that has proper clock for my card was 10.4 they bugged this on 10.5 after 120hz support for legacy card.So can you make atikmdag.sys from 10.4 as singed version without the need of test mode as a dxswitchi upload the link:

Before installing the 12.11 Modded Legacy Driver both drivers need to be recognized by the system. If you like I can try to help you via team viewer. Anyways when I say recognize, I mean both needs to be in a working state.

That's great but I recommend avoiding the performance switchers as it's reported to not work correctly for Previous Legacy Graphic Card.

Hmm, are you also having problems playing Directx 9 Games? Also when you say every Switcher does that also includes the default Switcher?

It should work, but I recommend avoiding the Default and Legacy Perf Switchers for now. Well if you have a single HD 4000 Series Graphic Card without and HD 5000 or HD 6000 Series Gpu paired with it then you probably may not encounter any problems.
