Windows Update just delivered this driver... can't see it on Nvidia's site yet.

    Win8 x64 GTX780.

Old news? Anyone else seen this?

The beta is 326.80 so the new certified driver is very unlikely to be 326.60. The Windows Update driver is probably an older one only just certified by Microsoft.

Yeah that's kinda what I was thinking. It has only just come down though... weird!

    Cheers,

Who in the right mind would willingly update ANY driver through Windows Update?!

well as i usually cant trust what people say i went ahead modded the inf so it accepts my 650 ti and installed it. so far this one seems to be the best for my system. fps wise 326.98 seemed to be maybe a bit better but it made some of my games stutter near light sources (bf3 and saints row 4) and i just couldnt bear that. 326.80 was not bad but i just hate geforce experience and this one comes with the basic updater which is great and it seems to have all the fixes of 326.80 (at least splinter cell blacklist runs better than ever with txaa and hbao+). so really smooth experience so far only thing remains to be seen if the 30something hour tdr bug is fixed or not in this one.

i need the latest game profiles i JUST NEED THEM, ALL OF THEM.:coffee: jokes aside i know that we can mod the installer to install the updater instead of experience but just didnt bother. anyways that doesnt even matter just wanted to tell you guys that this driver works nice here.

i have an old 720p hd ready tv. either i go with 1360×768 with 2×-4× txaa or downsample from 1842×1036 with fxaa in blacklist. 4×txaa runs around the the same on my native resolution as if i downsample with fxaa. but funny i cant really get crisp image in blacklist none of the aa looks good enough in it. saints row on the other hand looks really great on my tv if its rendered at 1842×1036 with 2× MSAA. it's a ti boost has more 2 do with the 660 than the 650 ti.

@Terepin: i can have my own preference right?
