Cheers. I'll try out the first link.

edit: Installation went fine, and the 2nd card seems to run and 2d clocks now. I haven't yet played a game yet, so I'll do that tonight.

Is it right that there are no application profiles? I installed 13.5 CAP.

The drivers already come with the latest set of application profiles
so their is no need to use those. I recommend re-installing the driver
package after using Wagnard's Display Driver Uninstaller.

The Download Link For The 12.11 B11 HotFix 10 P6 V10.5 is now available.
This Update Supports All Supported OS. Thanks for waiting.

Thanks for posting, I'm aware of all bugs mentioned above. Apparently these
bugs are common with the 13.8 Series therefore I recommend Switchable Graphics and mobility Users to fall back to the previous stable 12.11 HotFix 10 P6 V10.2 or Try your luck with the latest 12.11 Modded Legacy Driver as the 13.8 Series is still bugged.

Thanks, 12.11 v10.2 worked great! Everything is working now minus brightness controls while on the 5650m. Guessing that's also a known issue?

These drivers work a lot better. Crysis 2 now starts and runs great, and GTA IV EFLC no longer crashes online. :)

I still haven't installed the 10.5 driver because I want to ask you this: x32 and x64 architectures have much difference in the performance, so installing a mixed x32/x64 river in a x64 system would normally bring less performance, is that right?

Actually no, the driver was made on a x64Bit base so x64Bit Users should experience the same performance as they did in the previous 12.11 Modded Legacy HotFix 10 P6 v10.2 Driver. However x32Bit Users using the previous x32Bit driver may experience loss of performance or a performance gain in which it actually benefits the user.

I am experiencing slightly better performance than before. Till now everything seems to be working perfectly with your latest 'All supported OS' version on Win8 32bit. I guess this does not support XP as well just from Vista to Win8. Isn't it?
Anyways, thanks to your hard work. I am really getting the optimum performance on my XFX 4650HD AGP. I would be testing this driver further. And would report in case I would find some problem.

The ati tray tools benchmark score have gone slightly up from 4780 to 4796.

Yea, unfortunately these drivers currently does not support Windows XP
and I'm not quite sure if they will in the future. It's mainly because sooner
or later Users using Windows XP will all end up on Windows Vista\7\8 or Win 8.1
as developers of the gaming industries have long started to upgrade their Directx 9 Supported engines to Directx 10 and above. Therefore Users currently on Windows XP for whatever reason may have to consider upgrading their OS and possibly their hardware in order to have access to later games.

Just curious, What are the current bugs Windows XP users are facing when
using the latest drivers? Base on answers posted I may consider working on a Windows XP driver for Stability purposes along with other possible changes after further stabilizing the current driver.

Actually, you are right about XP. I was currently playing 'Bioshock infinite' on WIN 8 32bit. And this game don't support XP, as it needs at-least a Direct X10 system. Though this is the first and only one that doesn't support XP. But, it truly shows the path where the current trend is going.
Surprisingly enough though still 32% of total windows users are still on XP. That's a latest stats that have been published by Microsoft themselves.
And they have also confirmed that people on XP that don't have the latest system(full capability) to run Win8 will continue to run XP till there hardware dies out. I can see there is a sizable audience who are not looking for cutting edge technology.

Anyways, I am using the ATI v13.4 beta in XP. It's quite good in terms of performance. But, it doesn't have any support for OpenCL and also the catalyst software doesn't install. I am using an old catalyst in it's place. I also manually installed the drivers by entering my video card name in the driver.
Apart from these small glitches. Everything seems to be working well till now. I guess it's quite complete. DXVA video is also supported and it does take the load away from the processor during video playback. Although sometimes VLC player crashes during starting playback(no idea why).

Not really sure what happened, but graphics switching stopped working again for me. Also getting occasional crashes in bf3, no display driver crashes, just "getdeviceremovedreason" crashes. I'm on 12.11 b11 v10.2.

Although, Microsoft stated "32%" of Windows Users still use XP they never said it was made up of only AMD Users. Therefore the 32% noted may actually be made up of INTEL Users using Onboard Graphics along with Nvidia and AMD Users.

    Other Thoughts
I may be able resolve the Catalyst Control Center issue. I'm not quite sure about OpenCL though I would have to look into it.

Hmm, So what Graphic Card are you currently Stuck on? Also did you restart your system or did windows perform an automatic Display Driver update without your knowledge?

Looks like the restart did the trick(I tend to sleep the pc, instead of completely shutting down) Did some digging to recreate the issue and it seems to happen when I sleep the pc and close the lid. Currently stuck on powersaving, so it looks like it gets stuck on w/e it was currently on.

edit: Having a hard time reliably reproducing issue. I'm pretty sure its related to sleep, but I'm not totally sure.
