It is unfortunate that Dual Graphics with 7660G + 7670M didn't improve in 13.8... Still under-perform and stuttery...

Come on AMD, give Dual graphics some loving.

Works fine here on Windows 8.1 x64, I downloaded the Mobility driver @ the Amd site, date publishing driver is 8\1\2013.

I think they updated the driver.
    I used atiman uninstaller .
cleaned up all old driver crap.
Copied the drivers map from the preview version over these drivers.

Installed this driver without the driver (leave unchecked)

Disabled Driver Signing and updated the driver in the Cp that works fine .
Enabled Driver Signing again, rebooted and everything works fine on 8.1

But I didn't notice any game improvement to be honest, maybe better wait for the win 8.1 version, what I did was mixing 2 drivers.

Someone in this threat mentioned it all ready and it works.

Eyefinity setup is broken. Only the highests resolutions available work (5760 * 1080 & bezel 6048 * 1080).
The lower resolutions end in a blurry image on HDMI and an out of frequencies for the central display which results in a black screen.
I may go back for the previous driver.
Sad that they broke that functionnality.

i dont think they broke anything, its in the release notes that this driver isnt for eyefinity.

For frame pacing and CFX setup maybe. But i can play 5760 * 1080 with no problem, so ...

We should constantly reporting this to AMD.

Btw, do you have the switchable graphics menu?

What OS? Also are you using any programs for frame management? Are settings in CCC at default?

Errm... I honestly don't think a format would be viable...

EDIT: Also getting with previous drivers now so maybe it was just a Dota 2 update.

personally I don't see how they can make CF smooth when single GPU is still so choppy....

Driver works perfectly for me. Fixed a bunch of issues I've had with the previous drivers. Games run smoother and getting much better frames. Unigine low fps went up, highs are the same.

Agreed. Especially if they are pushing for the APU platform.

And I do have Switchable Graphic Menu.

I uninstalled through Catalyst manager, then Delete all the folders that has AMD on it, then delete all the AMD entries in the registry manually.

For kicks, I installed the Desktop version of 13.8 first thinking that I can trick the driver to recognize my dual graphics as Crossfire... No dice... no Drivers were installed for 7670M.

Then I just install Mobility 13.8 on top of my install. Everything actually worked great for single GPU. Hitman Aboslution was an improvement from 13.5 with 7670M clocked at 800 Mhz.

Very smooth driver not much improvement over 13.x 13.150.1 OpenGL 4.3 drivers leaked a week ago. These are more for Crossfire setups but nice to see they improved things for single GPU setups as well. Metro LL for me is perfect and on max settings @ 1080p PhysX disabled min fps went from 25fps to 40fps. Very nice improvement.

3dmark vantage. 3dmark11 and 3dmark firestrike give me higher scores than the 13.5b2 except for icestorm and cloudgate which is neglectable.
Frames overall feels somewhat the same although it does have a smoother feeling overall.

Too bad I already uninstalled FC3, crysis 3 and Metro LL. Or else I could see if those games run the same.
Anyway, thus far not worse than previous drivers for me.

After a real clean uninstall the new install did take a long time though, it insisted in reinstalling net.framework which I already had.
Anyway, it took longer than I expected or liked.

    Games with known issues everywhere.

Skyrim I haven't tested it recently, but VSync + FPS Cap + Flip Queue Size 0 works wonderfully.
Far Cry 3 stutters on all GPUs in all setups. Use FPS Cap and try DX9 mode.
GTA IV is a pain in the neck.
Fifa 13, you need to cap FPS I believe in addition to enabling VSync (of course).
Sleeping Dogs was perfect with me, haven't tried it with the new 13.8 Beta. Again, FPS cap + VSync.

Actually logic tells you to move stuff from 13.8 into 8.1 v2 :)

The problem lies in Llano that's why he and i can't see Switchable Graphic Menu.
