    Hi Dellon,

    New release coming up??

I wish AMD look at your work and other modders and apologies us consumers, lol.

But I'd be delightful if they roll out to us the Micro-Stuter fix. for legacy X2 and CrossFire.

Do you notice alot of Micro stutter when using your crossfire setup?

    Other Thoughts

Yes, I try to do what I can to allow x64Bit Legacy Users to have a driver
that work correctly. This of course applies more to Windows 8 than it does
to any other OS since Legacy Users never got a driver that allowed them to
    fully explore Windows 8.

Sorry for late reply, I did not see your post.
Did you try re-installing the Game? Sometimes game installation gets corrupted.

Hmm, did you run both CleanUP Utility located in the Dx9 Switcher Folder?
try using both of them to CleanUP Driver related Files.

    Other Thoughts

Thanks I will be looking forward to the results you post next week when using your Radeon 9250.

    Hi Dellon,

Micro-stuttering is a curse to multi GPU users, I think in the next gen of GPU the new "fix" (frame pacing) will be hardware wize and not software.

the solution I came is not use V-Sync, and I barely note the stutter, but the down side is Tearing all over the place...

BTW, can you provide some info about using the DX9 Switch. Advantages and stuff.

    best regards,

The Dx9 Switcher is only for HD 2000 Users to HD 6000 Users it does not support Previous Legacy Graphic Cards. However the cleaning Utility Supports all Graphic Cards.

Now with that said. There are two 4 Files that deals with Directx 9 Performance and the use of each file will allow users to improve their performance in Directx 9 Games. Btw Legacy users can on use the Legacy and Default Dx9 Switchers. While HD 5000 and 6000 Users can use all Dx9 Switchers as attempt to improve the performance of Directx 9 games.

    Other Thoughts
What about using an FPS Limiter will that help with tearing?

depends on the game engine, diablo 3 with limiter with flames all over the place tears alot.
Skyrim limited @ 60 causes stutter in first person view, but, if I limit to 30 fps (console like) runs like a charm.

About the DX9 Switcher, It's needed to run every time or just once?

Have you tried enable Triple Buffering instead of using fps limiter?

    Other Thoughts
The Dx9 Switcher will be permanently installed after being applied therefore users will need to use the Default Settings to revert back to driver defaults. Now to answer your question....It only needs to be applied once but all applications must be closed.

All CeanUP Utility requires the users to run it as an administrator.

No issues with display, install, but after 1 hour of different testing I couldn't force any game to use at least 1% load from the second GPU (4850 crossfire).

The earlier V10.2 listed on the front page should have working crossfire......The latest 10.3 version broke it.

V10.2 works fine with Crossfire. I dunno if official 12.4b has the clockbug.

    cheers

I have hd 4890 and after installing the 10.2 or the 10.3 drivers, the screen has wrong resolution and a windows pops up saying that I have not installed an AMD driver. I have tried many times and I can't fix it.
