whats the point thats so annoying, if you use inspector for OC its fine you safe one click, if you use it for game profiles just start directly into that using the create shortcut feature in the toolbar or adding "-showSettingsOnly -requestElevation" to the shortcut manually

Thanks, you just saved me a lot of time. Also, the program seems to work properly without "-requestElevation". Is it needed for only certain settings?

Those marked with a small shield, noticeably the compatibility bits section.

Oh I see, those settings don't appear at all without admin rights.
    Thank you Iruwen.

Someone on the Nexus boards was trying to find how to completely remove the Inspector. After a lot of searching, I still can't find out how this is properly done. Is it as easy as simply deleting the exe file from wherever it was extracted to?

Maybe a dumb question, but I know there are at least 2 of us who can't seem to find the answer. (Though I have no plans to uninstall personally. I think the program is fantastic.)

Just delete the folder you have inspector in.

My Nvidia Inspector has started downclocking me back to P8 or P12 in the middle of gaming. Not sure how to stop it automatically downlocking me.

It's here Tj, It seems to be the TF2 fix though. I don't know if that is what is wrong with BF3.

lol stupid me, i looked below in advanced menu , thanks!

It says this: "to avoid black edges in some games while using MSAA (R320.14+)"

Edit: no it doesnt affect Bf3, still those lines.

It's only for DX9 (Dead Island etc.) and older and has nothing to do with the BF3 issue.

I don't use overclocking at all (modded BIOS) and directly start into the profile editor (commandline switch), will Inspector still require elevation?

I'm not sure I should update...
    What doe this mean exactly?
    - changed "Create Startup Shortcut" feature for clock startup to make use
of TaskScheduler too ( rightclick "Create Clocks Shortcut" )
(you have to remove your old startup shortcuts manually)

Can you no longer use the shortcut's to apply clocks? Wow, that would really be a deal breaker for me.
The shortcuts allow me to do some nifty things with batch files for launching games, and allow me to set G-Keys on my keyboard (G15) to apply different GPU speeds.

I am gona have to see if that fixing the bleeding in SWTOR around edges with force AA and In game bloom on, but that also means I gona have to upgrade my drivers past 314.07 Is this only works on fermi card and newer card? or will it work reguardless? so long as we have correct drivers.
