Yeah I know i was werided out too, I can only set it to 106% like everyone else which is what I did.

But then I looked (and screen-shotted) MSI afterburner saying 132%. this was the first time ive seen it do that.

Well I have the same crash in Aliens vs. Predator (2010) with Advanced Shadows enabled on my new build with the 320.18 drivers as I did on my previous i7-920/X58 system which confirms that there is a problem with that game on the GTX 780. I can play it fine and with everything else maxed as long as I disable Advanced Shadows.

Uninstall 320.18 via control panel. I'd suggest using driver sweeper (from guru3d download section) to clean the remaining driver files. Then launch 314.22 driver, once they get to analizing hardware and fails just close it. Replace inf file with http://www.filedropper.com/nvdispi and run the setup again (they'll be in C:/Nvidia.....

Nice. Do you use Triple Buffering with other games? Battlefield 3 has Triple Buffering built in so you won't see FPS tank to 35FPS when you dip below 70FPS.

I use for all games ingame vsync 70hz. Some games lockt at 60fps.
Most games dont drop below 60fps.

Got my Palit GTX780 a couple of weeks ago to switch back to Portrait Surround. Managed to snag one for £495 from Dabs (£25 off coupon).

It replaces a HD7970 running Portrait Eyefinity at 1250/6400. I bought the 780 to answer the question of whether a 780 is much faster than a overclocked 7970 at my resolution. Very few websites are bothering to look at this so I ended up doing it myself.

Overall I am very pleased. So far I am seeing 20-30% performance increase across the board (quite a lot when you are dealing with a lower starting point) with the 780 running +180/+500 offsets (effective 1189/7000 clockspeed).

I am now nudging 50FPS average in Crysis 3 with the following settings: 3600x1920, High Preset with Very High Textures, Shadows on medium & SMAAx1. My old 7970 running 1250/6400 couldn't break 40FPS average. Overall the 780feels alot smoother & the extra performance is very noticable in large firefights.

    Been messing with my DcII
Got the h70 on it stays cool, also did this mod to add some voltage.
I Needed a modded bio for pl and got one but still need to max the tdp some, since when you add voltage they are power hogs.
Not sure if i am ocp/ovp limited but 1.35v is all i can do without black screens...can set more to no avail.
    Anyways bf3 stable easy 1250+ @1.30v benching 1320ish max 1.35 in firesrikeX 1290 3d11
    mod
    http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2248394
IF anymore mod info then basics please post info

Max fsx bench only stock volts with slider +37 1.234v
    [IMG]

My BF3 clocks on stock bios 1.27v is same as this 1260(got boring vids of wake to post later)

Most so far in 3d11,still on my 24/7 2600k not hit the bench rigs yet :wanker:

Most i was trying in benches was about 1310 @1.35v
    [IMG]

Still have to get the bios more opened up maybe 425+watt tdp for voltage i think, plus hopefully when the factory guys start to post some info it will get more fun....i have time...and i may get a lightning next month so between the two of them i will have alot of modding fun.

Hope sub zero with dice goes well,i'll start slow on volts

I got around to getting the card sub zero about -30c did not have much dice so I did want any issues so I treated it just like my 680 dcii which cbb's at -40c .
Only 1385 or so in 3d11 still baby voltage same as the h70 cooled voltage 1.35v

not quite 1400 but whats the rush?:wanker:

just feeling it out a little foreplay instead of going for it full throttle
mb's has dead primary pci-e 3.0 x16 slot but its ok in x8 slot
Pretty cool thuo I can leave the pot mounted on this card and roll on my titan 24/7 :)
