If testosterone levels are too high, your body will produce estrogen to bring things into balance. Hence mantits on steroid users who don't also use an estrogen blocker.

In men who are morbidly obese the estrogen level will rise regardless of what the testosterone level was previously. All morbidly obese men develop psuedogynecomastia which is just fat deposits, but can also develop the real deal due to the hormonal changes in morbid obesity . In psuedogynecomastia weight loss will cure it immediately (though skin may sag), but if it's actual gynecomastia then exercise or weight loss can push the glands outwards making it more pronounced.

Gynecomastia can go away on its own once hormones get back into balance, but that does take time.

Yeah i did hear something about steroid users that need to take a blocker cause of increased Oestrogen levels.
