Hello Gurus, Do any of you suffer or have suffered from Gynecomastia? I did since i was about 12 until today (25 yrs old). Even though I am a fit healthy person I always had moobs/man boobs or at least pointed nipples which ruined my social life for years! Today I had my surgery and just got home. Was under general anesthetic. Just feeling really great and relieved that I will finally be able to go to the beach/pool and wear the shirts I've always wanted to wear! I have to wear a special vest for a couple of weeks mind you, but that's no biggy. Wanted to share this with you all in case any of you are considering the surgery and wanted some advise or a person to talk to.
Sort of, and still some left even after loosing 70 lbs as my blood pressure began to take off. But I don't mind; must have inherited it at least partially as my mother has quite big uns...I even got checked during my military but nothing wrong found in the hormones.
eating a lot of soy protein can cause this as well. So keep that in mind all you crazy vegetarians out there! Glad the surgery went well.
yup I've also had them since i hit puberty.. I'm 18 now. i also suffer from puffy nipples.. although i also am slightly chubby and have large thighs.. people say fat loss helps.. i'm starting interval training within the next few weeks.. lets see if it helps.. Can't afford surgery right now.. might consider it later when i get a job.. As for social life.. mine doesn't exist. :bang:
Nope. I get the pecks from benching, but that ain't moobs. That's solid muscle right there. Must be an endomorph problem.
Nice to see that some of the users on here are complete twats , but thanks for the other msgs guys. For the record I'm sure you other perfect guys suffer from something. Pimples, ****ty job, crap social family life... Grow up a bit
What did you expect posting about your moobs on a forum populated by too many geeks where the closest thing they get to teats is rubbing their own?
haha good point. Forgot about all the other "I'm lonely, I'm sad, I think I'm cold" Threads. :wanker:
Its not an endomorph , ectomorph or mesomorph problem, Its actually a condition where the male produces too much Oestrogen (womans hormone) instead of testosterone which is a male hormone. I remember seeing a documentary about it a while back om the TV about some lad who had this problem. I hope your operation went ok and was successful, Remember guys we dont ask to be born with problems so count yourselves lucky including myself.
Yeah, I'm a complete twat because I find it amusing that man boobs are being discussed in the pub. Relax a little. There's a difference between finding a thread funny, and finding a condition funny.
1. It wasn't obvious what you thought was funny. 2.If you truly find that funny then you must be at least 5. :wanker:
One has to be able to laugh at himself sometimes. Give it a break. The fact that you posted it here means you can talk about it. There's no harm in thinking this is funny, which isn't the same as saying "hey you are less man than me because you have big nipples". For the record, I have three nipples (the extra one is smaller and located a bit to the side over the lowest rib). We are not mocking you.
