Starting off on a bad foot doesnt help, even if the USB problem wont affect people, they will avoid Haswell.
Its either a second gen Haswell or skip it all together. Let Intel make all these new chips. With software demands being what they are, Hardware becomes effective for longer periods. If they think that new chips will drive a PC sales market, like it used to be, then they are living in the past as well.
