ok.. This is kind of odd..

I just bought a dreamcast and Broadband adaptors are pricey.. So I want to set my dreamcast to dail up to my computer instead of an ISP.. So basicaly my computer would act as a Dail up ISP for my dreamcast.. That way I won't tie up our only phone line.

So.. Is there anyway to do this?

Oh yeah.. My computer is on ADSL so I should be able to send the max of 56kbs to my dreamcast.

    Thanks,
    Nytro

Erm... i think i would need to play. Initially i would suspect that you would want to be using either a decent proxy server that allowed dialin clients, or indeed some server OS. For example win2k adv server allows dialup clients which can be routed as normal users on a network, i.e. allowed internet access. Other than that i would need broadband and a dreamcast ;)

Not on XP (unless there is some third party software that i dont know about). Linux, probably, but i am not a *nix expert so dont know how to do that.
