Its hard to get good comparison pics in that game but here is the default 4xaa compared to 2x2ss + 4xMS. I also had to resize the images. The comparison isn't very accurate now.

Yeah it isn't very accurate. But if you still have the RAWs (BMP, PNG) Upload them un-resized to abload.de or minus.com and post the links(don't have to do [ IMG ] so it doesn't baloon the page out):)

With Abload just select the first option
"Bilder Von" to select local files and then hit the abload yellow button. This will upload the image as is without compression.

For example this is something I just uploaded
    http://www.abload.de/img/aasszz4.png
    RE5, 4xMSAA + 2xTrSSAA +FXAA @1260p(16:9) downsampled to 1080p

    Here you go

I normally don't use that much SGSSAA, it looks like it could have used a lower lod bias.

first page suggests "0x000000C1" (low performances)

well, I tired it for SGSSAA and it works... low performances indeed
I think I've also seen some glitches (vertical white lines).

note: my executable is BH6.exe, I had to edit the "biohazard 6" profile, not "resident evil 6".

There is no REAL working flag for AA with RE6 yet. ( I don't know why C1 was added to the front post. Because there are about 5-10 more flags that work EXACTLY the same with this game as that flag. SGSSAA works. But it has glitches in the form of vertical white-ish lines)

Every flag either doesn't work, doesn't AA well at all, or causes terrible glitches.

Maybe I should test the benchmark some more.

Or you can just downsample with FXAA or SMAA.

Guess that's one thing Capcom could've really improved for the PC version instead just adding some nonsense extra game mode that I don't care about.

Better AA(Would've implementing TXAA or SMAA 2x+ really been that difficult?)
    And better textures.

But I digress, what should be added to the OP regarding RE5 is "0x000000C1(HDR set to High in config.ini file)"
Both C1 and 00 need HDR set to High in the cfg in order to work properly.

It was posted to work, and I don't have the game. If other flags do the same and perform the same I don't see the reason to add 10 flags that do the same thing for the same game...

I add the flags posted here, I posted the RE5 flag because you posted it, it already says to set HDR to high in the OP. It's said that since I updated it. Because you said to do that in your post.

Yeah, I know. I just don't want people to think that setting "HDR to High" is just for the second flag that's all! (And so people don't get confused and try to change the HDR in game and it won't let them. There is no HDR setting in-game) Just trying to help :p

And honestly there shouldn't be a flag at all for RE6 posted. Because C1 causes the same graphical errors as the others.

Yeah I understand that. But, for the sake of argument, let's say that a flag that is perfect is never found. Best I think to simply post a flag that works with these problems (still no point in posting them all) and label that it has problems.

People then have something to try at least.
And at the most, it cuts down on people asking for a flag in the thread (and who knows, maybe they try the problematic flag, and then find a better one. It's happened before- one of the Lego games for example had a crappy flag until someone tried it and found a much better one.)

It's also DX11/10 only (couldn't make it run with DX10) and it seems either Bioshock 2 flag doesn't work without corruption and DX11 or Beast Renderer lighting is faulty.

    Yeah it's a good point.

Like with the flag for Binary Domain. Even with just MSAA it still causes the black blob issue with hair. I tried to find a better flag but not much luck :("

Try with no flags? Doesn't hurt I suppose. Does the game have no AA support in game beyond FXAA?

ALSO: Inifnite uses Deferred rendering/lighting. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to try DX9 flags that work with those types of games in the DX1x field.

The flag for DMC4 for example for DX10 is mistakenly listed in the DX9 field. And that' works for AA in DX10 in that game.

Hey just thought i'd let you guys know that
    0x004812C5

ALSO works for OGSSAA in Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing Transformed.

As well, injectSMAA doesn't work. But using SweetFX to injectSMAA works! (however downsampling with SMAA looks terrible)

Tested with SFX 1.4 just a bit ago.

I found this post here: http://www.forum-3dcenter.org/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=9234620&postcount=2316

I thought it might be useful for people trying to force AA in DX10/11 games.
