    TressFX looks awful, clips through your shoulders, screams "uncanny valley" and kills performance more than it should.

    So, SweetFX has a new author now?

    No injector.ini, dxgi.dll, d3d9.fx or dxgi.fx?

    Possible to include the SweetFX On/Off like in the pictures above when enabling/disabling in-game too, just for a few seconds? Starting to get confused on different games using SweetFX and ENB; alt-tabbing to configure both, and going back in game, and disabling/enabling them to see differences etc. Sometimes I'm unsure if SweetFX is on or not

    Well the directx proxy (injector) part does.
    The current directx proxy is InjectSMAA by Mr.Haandi (with a tiny modification by me)

    In the future I hope to change to a better one. Kukkimonsuta and Boulotaur2024 are both working on one (each), and both have made some nice progress.

    Boulotaurs does not have an injector.ini because remapping keys is not done yet - it's currently hardcoded to the same keys that SweetFX uses. It does not have a dxgi.dll because that is DirectX10/11 support and that is not done yet. It does have the fx files but they are named differently and are stored in the SweetFX/Shaders/ folder instead.

    And in my case it works flawless..
    Copy Sweetfx files to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SniperGhostWarrior2

    Move the d3d9.dll file and dxgi.dll file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SniperGhostWarrior2\ Bin32

    It would be great to see the improved LumaSharpen (one that has a lighter impact on AA) and s-Curves shaders.

    In any event, big thanks for what you've already done for us thus far! I cannot imagine my gaming without SweetFX now...

    --- New Injector discussion, we're not talking about SweetFX per se ---- ( :D )

    No new features for now, except offering FXAA/SMAA packed in a single DLL and switchable on the fly.

    Exactly, compatibility first. About keymapping, what do you guys want ? A separate injector.ini just like before or key settings accessible right from our good old SweetFX_settings.txt file ? (as far as I'm concerned I'd rather have a single entry point for settings)

    Just downloaded the game: it doesn't work because TR is a DX11 game mainly, and the new injector is *only* DX9 right now. Yet the game seems to load DX9 component that's why the new injector is loaded and creating a log anyway, tricking you into thinking it should work properly when it obviously does not. Hower when forced to run in DX9 (« DirectX9.reg »), new injector runs as expected.
