Need a DX11 card, please help me pick

if its an e0 9650 theres a chance, its lower voltage than my c1 qx9650. that needs 1.45v to get there. probably wont help much but every mhz counts on sk 775

 

It is an E0 but cant get much more stable power out of it. I can push it to 4.5 for benching but wont hold stable for long. 4.25 is doable but don't want to run at its limits both fsb and core voltage wise
