Hahaha.. that s beautiful memories man..
I'm pretty sure my bajaj will not run over your leg..LOL

    Night Mod...
    Windshield pole

In order to make the drill more stabil, I mark with solder to make a little hole before drill it
    [IMG]

    Then drill it
    [IMG]

    Tap it with 3mm
    [IMG]

    Place some bolt..and done
    [IMG]

In the morning before going to office I make a rear bumper.
Dremel it before sunrise comes up
    [IMG]

    I intend to make 8mm Acrilic...but I don't have it so I combines 2 acrilic 4mm,
    then press it with superglue
    [IMG]

    A little putty and sanding
I always do the sanding on the bucket of water, To keep dust from falling apart all over the place.

Then Paint it, just when the sunrise come up.

Assembling the ankle and Rear wheel.
I've done this on Saturday..I got day off, and a lot of time for another mod.
My plan is making shockbreker tilted a few degrees, just like this..

I made a holder for mount the shockbreaker, I use acrylic with some bolt for the holder.
Some drill for placing the bolt.

Cut a little piece of acrilic, I use manual saw for cutting.

I Also repaint the shock breaker to be black flat and white.

    This is the holder
    [IMG]

At this point I place the holder
    [IMG]

    Here we go...
Now it's tilt a couple degree.

Wow, it has come along nicely, love the details you put into it, especially those tiny shockbreakers.. Lol

Why not put a very small 2 stroke engine to make it more lively... Lmao to get that authentic irritating sound.

    Small and a little Part
I make progress on the little part and detail

    The Doors
Bajaj has unique door design, the front door open to back side, and the back door open to the front side.
So I will place door-hinge like this.

    The Air duct
Print it from corel and stick it to 2mm acrylic
    [IMG]

    Then dremel it...

a bit rough at the edges
    [IMG]

    It's smooth now
    [IMG]

    Glue it with superglue
    [IMG]

Place it here, will be paint it soon.

    Fog lamp
    [IMG]

I will use a Little hat on top of the lamp
