No need to get angry. A different opinion does not make someone an idiot. Sit this topic out from now on, your input is no longer required.

This is way more beautiful than the latest Heaven Benchmark 4.0, runs much better too.

Absolutely amazing. Does anyone know how to turn off the HUD? I just love walking around valley but the HUD takes away from the immersion. Also turning off the music but keeping the environment sounds would be nice.

Unigine... allowing the nerd to go outside, without going outside!

My score (which was pretty darn sad):
    FPS 26.0
    Score 1087
    Min FPS: 13.0
    Max FPS: 47.8

    Its ok.

But not quite sure why the extreme settings other then aa.

You can flyby, walk around or go where you want.

But go close to a rock, or any other surface. Not that much detail tbh.

    I expected more.

Games out already look better then this.

BF3,all crysis games, facrcry 3 and many more.

I expected something alittle more forward looking etc.

Oh well, PS4 reveal on 20th.

8core, 4-8gb ram, decent gpu. No dx overheads to deal with. Just pure gaming and graphics. looking forward to see new things being pushed.

I agree that this doesnt look amazing if you take it away from cinematic...

Still, on cinematic, it looks stunning...

I uploaded a vid of my computer running it:

Yeah it sounds like i'm knocking it to much without the positives:)

I like the lighting, the sound, the weather fx.

It's still very nice in many respects, I just expect more with benchmarks.

I just want to see more:)

I installed Unigine Valley on Windows 8 x64 and when I run it with the DX11 renderer I get the following corruption:

This shows up on Win 8 x64 with 13.2 beta 5 and beta 6 but only under DX11, the DX9 and OGL renderers are fine. Other settings in Valley do not influence this.

    On W7 x64 SP1 with 12.8 and 13.2 beta 5 there is no corruption in DX11.

I have checked the CCC and RadeonPro settings but there is nothing forced in any of them. Other games and benchmarks are fine and even Unigine Heaven 4.0 is fine. My hardware is in my profile, all stock clocks/voltages.

    Any ideas?

    LE:
Nevermind, I have figured out a solution: went to C:\Users\Username\Valley and deleted everything, including two shader cache files and a config file. After i did this the problem was solved. I think the shader cache was corrupted.

Sometimes it happens after a hard-reset while benching. Even alt+tab makes it stuttering so I need to restart executable.

Strangely, throughout the test, it registered my temp at 0c

Also, I was not running Windows 8, nor has this computer ever had Windows 8.
