for those using VPN to unlock early, any idea if the steam version comes with the 1.01 patch pre-installed?

 

Nice! , I was worried that it would suck at sli after assassins creed's 3 crappy sli compatibility and the German benchmarks...

Would be weird if it didn't, would be trivial for them to update the files before unlocking the game so surely it must be up to date, maybe the readme file or similar has the patch notes in it?
(Unless one can see a version number somewhere on the exe file or such.)

Many of us will, were not all like nvidia and have out CPUs running @ 3.3GHz.

 

Patch will install upon launch of the game, dx11 is working with new drivers. Only issue is sli scaling is all over the place. However sli originally wasent working as the profile contains the wrong executables. I have added the proper executables via nvidia inspector

No DX11.With AA also
@Des i think the game will make up for it. Ubisoft are lucky that the game is good cause there is no chance i would bought it or Pirated it if it was average.

I only bother with Killer games, I dont waste my time with anything else.
You cant buy time and time is precious to myself.

 

I hope my two 5870 are still enough for enjoyable experience.

 

From where are you all getting to play this early? Steam says unlocks in 6 days.

 

It's being released earlier for our friends overseas for a change. Anyone who purchased in North America playing it is using a vpn to unlock.

 

Oh nice trick. I guess I will wait 6 more days.

annnnd its been cracked. Sucks that pirates still get a faster and more convenient service than paying customers.
