AMD Catalyst 12.11 Beta_Modded for Legacy (HD4000 Serise and lower) GPU (21/10/2012)

Ok try to do it one more time...

only replace the ' Packages ' folder in the 12.11 Beta 3 with the ' Packages ' folder in my modded .rar file (overwrite all files).

then install the driver through Device manager and remember to set the inf path to the folder named " W86A_INF ".. because this folder is for 64 bit OS only..

That should do it..

 

Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 works better in my HD 4870 with this drivers.

1.) Edit original 12.11 or 12.10 drivers (5000 series is supported so you don't need this mix)
2.) If you will send me ID of HW, I will add it for you
(you can use also this utility for search of ID: http://download-developer.amd.com/GPU/executables/DeviceID.exe

 

Giues I have completed the 12.10 WHQL Modded Driver...

This Driver is Much more stable and very much faster than the 12.11 Beta Modded..

I will only upload the driver If u guies want it....

Does any one needs it...???

 

Can you tell us how do you mod a driver? And yes, I'd like to try the 12.10

 

can you add 5650 hd to your driver please

Your card is supported. Install the inf through device manager and then run the amd setup.

 

.. well, fr that you need some knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio ..

Me and my Friend do the editing in the .dll files to make it support the Older cards .. its not that easy..



Editing Assembly Language is really like Fu***** up yr Brain..

I think AMD will release the 12.10 driver for legacy cards but.. when??? Maybe in a couple months
