I can confirm this fixed it for me! Thanks!

    [EDIT]
Oh boy, now I got this: Reflection bug.
It's not supposed to be this way, is it? It looks much better in DX9.

Got the game working (patch update, weird)
But savegames don't work. Some crap about the saveindex file. I have to start from scratch. I started the game did a save, back it up and put in your save games it will will not work. NOT even when I put back in my old save games..
As I read in other forums I just ave to start form start!!!

    cool, np :)

About that reflection bug, hmm idk i didnt play it much so i can't tell. Btw did you post this Video bug @ nvidia forums?

    http://forums.nvidia.com/index.php?showtopic=232034&st=540

You might want to post all details in nvcpl DeusEX profile and ingame settings too

Found the problem. I was limiting DE:HR to 58FPS to reduce mouse lag with Vsync enabled and changing the cap to 65FPS fixed the bug!

Btw its fixed with latest 304.78 driver.. And i kinda doubt that limiter caused it, i saw at least 2-3 possible fixes yours is the 4th :)

I had this bug and i didnt force any limiter, only frames to render ahead - 2 or 3 fixed it @ 304.48 driver.

I was referring to the reflection bug. That was fixed by adjusting the FPS limiter. Maybe it might help some other people.
And you're right about the latest beta-drivers fixing the DX11 bug. I installed them last night and it works flawlessly now!

Well, the "scientist chick kidnapped to do covert research that affects millions" part is similar, though.

Just started this last night after I picked it up off Steam. The original Deus Ex is one of my all-time favs (played it many times on PC as well as the PS2 version).

Very disappointed with the graphics, though.

I'm using SMAA+ENB, but it still looks pretty meh.

    Any texture packs out there?

The interiors are much better than the exterior from what I remember, but the graphics are pretty good IMO. The shuttle take-off/landing sequences are terrible though. Pretty much everything about those was bad.

    Try SweetFX with this settings
