Farcry 3!

I want to see come Crysis-like destruction, things like felling the trees and such.

 

Loved the look of that. Was kind of hard to tell just how big the game world will be but it certainly isn't small. :banana:

probably more like crysis 1 type level design, level size.

 

Actually they have said that if you see something you can get to it, so it should be some very large open space to roam around in, maybe broken up into 2 maps like FC2, but I think it will be more of a real "open world" than Crysis 1 was.

Yup, it's one big open world with all these different islands to explore, they never mentioned it being split up in levels

 

after seeing that last vid i'm definately getting it! LOOKS FREAKING AWESOME... old school FarCry.

i'm just hoping and praying the deluxe edition will be available on Steam!!!!

No matter what you are doing you will end up in a new region. Fantastic.

just the thought of, at night,going in, infiltrating a drug studded camp, watching that stripper dancing in a thong, silent killing one of the bad guys, and then hitting on her, awesome...!!!

Game looks great, hopefully they give us lots of PC only Graphics Settings to let our rigs truly shine in that open world environment. c1:
