Currently have a Casio Edifice watch for when going out This One And a G-Shock watch for everyday use.
I went through a mild watch phase... bought a Ball X-Lume, a Bell and Ross 03-92 Ceramic Blue, and a Casio G-Shock Red gw7900RD Then a few seikos and luminox and goofy invictas as well, but the top three i actually wear.
I was totally about to buy a 75 dollar replica of this http://www.omegawatches.com/gents/speedmaster/hb-sia-co-axial-gmt-chronograph/32190445201001.
Here's my current one - A Christmas gift from the missus a couple of year ago. It's actually gone up in price a little since then.
Graduation present that I bought myself. Protip: the pocket that hipsters use for guitar picks, coins, or small cellphones, is made for watches.
Heh who has the money to drop all that dollop on watches? People who are rich (or rich parents) or people who are obsessed with them that's who. Given that I am neither one or the other I am not a watch person. There is another problem that watches bug me. Hey maybe one day I'll be swimming in cash and start to buy ostentatious pocket watches.
Cool story bro... On topic, I have quite a collection of watches, from cheapo star wars/superhero watches to medium priced brands as Tag Heuer & Seiko. My wife usually buys me a new one for Christmas every year. This is my current daily driver.http://www.tommybahama.com/TBG/Men/Accessories/Watches/PRD_RLX1107/Tiki+Bay+Watch.jsp
I have this one that I bought (well, dad bought it to me) from Thailand 12 years ago. Sellers said that it was a real deal digital watch and not a fake (which probably was true since it obviously wasn't a copy). It ran ten years with the batteries it came. I don't use it other than to check time if I wake up too early. But no, I'm not into wristwatches.
Real thing for real men! http://shop.vostok-inc.com/index.php?route=common/home Got a Vostok Pobeda K 26 i was 16, never get used to wear it around my wrist, but it was a nice thing to have.
whoah!.if that's what your wrist looks like...are you a werewolf? @ Vinnie- You've got my dream watch there, I'm pretty jealous right now. More so because you look about 17:gape:. Good for you, must be an amazing watch to own. I've just got a Suunto Core (all black) http://www.suunto.co.uk/products/Outdoor_Sports_Instruments/suunto-core/Suunto-Core-All-Black/ Only really needed the altimeter. But all the other features are a nice to have i guess. It's my second one, first one eventually got some moisture under the glass face, like condensation or something when i was in Brunei. And the bezel fell off completely. But to be fair i had had it ages and it had been through hell. I will say their customer service and warranties are top notch though. Just gotta be sure to register it.
