Found an ATV (seen it through binocs anyways) in Dolina...I just decided to not get it as it felt like a trap, even though not many people were on. I didnt really have anywhere to go at the time anyways as I gotta wait for Black. I did however find me a boar and cooked me up some meat. Yum.

And just found an FNFAL (x2!!) as well as a L85A2 AWS (I believe this the rarest rifle- if not gun in the game!) at a heli crash site. Could only take one FN-FAL and the L85A2). Thermal scope for the win. Add this to the GPS, almost all the tools you can have (appart from NVG's :thumbdown) and the Coyote Backpack and I would make a very tempting kill. Better watch my back now!

Put a tent down, went back to it about an hour and a half later, already disappeared. Even clicked the "save tent" thing.
Yeah you can spot people with it, but when it comes to accuracy and range it ain't very good. Effective range is only 300m That's where AS50 takes the cake, today I killed someone from 900m away
WANT! I would have been more excited to get one of those for my secondary but may end up in a sniper squad with a partner on rifle and me spotting with the thermal:nerd:

Good god- thats amazing. How have you managed to get that without being killed? I tried to go into Progorevka for painkillers (shaky cam) and even though I had scoped the place out with binocs and the thermal like someone with a paranoid personality disorder I still had someone shooting small arms fire at me 5 minutes later- and that's in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately got my painkillers + food and now off to live a life in the wilderness.
I've had a few close calls, one time I was walking on a steep cliff and suddenly I start glide down the cliff I'm like "no no no no!!" *CRACK* I survive with 2000 blood and a broken leg lol
I am loving this game so far with the exception of all the *******s who keep killing me. I managed to find an alice pack, makarov, a map and a compass and this guy who was specced way past me just walked up and killed me. from now on i'm playing on servers with less than 5 people.
