I loved loved loved Thailand.. I would love to go back.. such an amazing country. I also love going to Europe though too.. Budapest was a beautiful city, so was Barcelona.
Ive been pretty much almost in every country in Europe. My next destination i have planned will be Hawaii. For some reason i really want to go visit the place.
I pulled into Palma de Mallorca when i was in the US Navy. I will never forget that place as long as I live.
Among my faves are The Year 2000 bash in Amsterdam, absolutely manic. Manali in the Himalayas (India), lovely views and amazing people. We were even trusted to put the right amount of money in the till at one local store. Quite dangerous getting there on coach! Good smokes Wow hot in Delhi before the monsoon (52C in the shade one day!! It was hard work seat hovering in a rickshaw. Thank god for air conditioning.). Hiking up the waterfall and Half Dome mountain in Yosemite Park, most amazing views I have seen. Camping in the South of France, great culture, places, views and plenty to see/do, plenty hot.
Yeah, probably have to be the first time I went into a girls room. Or perhaps the alcohol section of HMart. The widest variety of beer from around the world at a Korean grocery store. I have no interests in beaches, resorts, or overpriced hotels.
Oosterpark in Amsterdam after eating a couple of truffles. For all intents and purposes the best place I've ever been, the park just channelled the experience to a very happy and harmonious place... haha
I have a few places that I can think of but it has to be Teotihuacán outside of Mexico City. The place was magical and very beautiful, although the climb to the top of the pyramid sucked. :wanker: Maybe this will change since I am going back to Mexico soon to visit Guanajuato.
I personally think Scotland takes some beating......Queen's View, Locke Tummell....Been camping around there a few times......
I dont travel a lot, but i have to say... Rome (i only was there 1day), colliseum and all those historical buildings, being there and thinking what happened before was awesome for me. (also it was part of a cruise where 90% people was less than 30 years old so..., full party D: ). Also the vatican (almost same place) was pretty good (im not exactly a fanatic, altho i consider myself christian). Altho i have to say that except historical buildings, no pretty natural places can really surprise me, i already live in a zone where everything is green (aka between mountains ), beach @ less than 40min driving... etc etc
