I ended up replacing my cpu fan with a P4 stock I had but since I replaced my video card recently I noticed a increase in my cpu fan speed when I play games (it sounds like a blow dryer) also card gets up to about 74 degrees.Would getting a better cpu fan resolve this problem or do you think I need a better power supply too? ( it is rated @40 amps )

    I used a Hyper 212 Evo on a C2D E7500 oc'd to 3.6Ghz and the only way I could hit 60c+ if I ran Intel Burn Test.
In games I was lucky to hit 55c on the cpu in a case with poor ventilation on a hot summers day without aircon...lol
Apart from the improvement in temps, the Hyper 212 Evo was dead silent compared to intel stock heatsink.
