Got slightly moist thinking these were for Windows 7. Bah.

 

I have no more artifacts and TDR when I use Metro but now I get artifacts of the icons of Windows Explorer :3eyes: .... Now I'm going to test even the games ... However, the driver is not WHQL ! :nerd:

 

I'm still waiting for official gt670m drivers.

Been 2 months already, damnit!

I've never put any value on "official" drivers, they are'nt any better.

 

these are betas why do people keep posting them as whql

 

That's what I currently have, taken out the fact that I had to mod them myself because the inf files on lv2g are completly ****ed up for 670m, and not the latest release too.

 

It's pretty difficult to **** an inf for a specified card...Because of the NVidia unified architecture the card either works or not at all (principally). What's your error? Btw, the latest drivers do have some special new problems - I got driver kernel freezes when using hw accelerated gfx in IE9.

 

Well it didn't detected the gpu at all. But with the inf that comes with the laptop, bingo.

 

As 670M is a pretty new card you have to check if it's included in the inf - has been since about last December.
