Is this good for playing on high details on low resolutions 1280*900 on 22" monitor for about 5 years ?
    Asrock H77
    Core i5 2320
    HD 7770
    4 GB 1600 mHZ

Or is it better to buy HD 6870 ?

    Hi what's your budget?

Are you asking about the whole system or just the video card?

Don't know what to tell you because in my country computers are quite expensive. About 700$. But for that money I recon you cen get better PC in USA.

Yes, I'm buying whole PC and asrock H77 , core i5 2320 ,4GB AND 22" LG is good deal.
Just don't know will HD 7770 run everything on high but on low resolutions about 5 years.

I'm in New Zealand and yes PC hardware is very expensive here - new GTX670 is about $800 NZD.....

Personally I'd go for something a little better than the 7770 so it lasts longer. What games do you play?

Maybe we could find you some parts at a good price.....where are you?

When you upgrade make sure you upgrade your powersupply to meet the demand. IF not poof your out of a computer.

Since you are low budget i recommend you to get an Athlon ii X4 and save the extra money for a HD 7870.Unlike what it seems it is very powerfull at least for gaming. If you need proof i can show you.

    I'd go for a 7850 2GB if you can stretch to it. I upgraded to one from a 4870 1GB and there's a big difference plus DX11.1

Been able to run everything I've tried so far at Ultra settings also it uses less power than the 4870 which is an added bonus.

I paid £180 for mine and for that price I could have got a 560 Ti or paid a bit more for a 570GTX but the 7850 soundly beats the 560 and isn't far off the 570 and can likely match or beat it once I overclock it plus the 560 and 570 both require more power.

    What about Core i3 + HD 7580.

    Is this better than core i5 2320 + HD 7770 ?

Real core is better. So go for Athlon ii X4 insted of i3.

An i3 will annihilate an Athlon II in anything that is not heavily threaded.

Really would help to know what games and apps the op uses.....

If his budget is really tight maybe AMD would be the better option, though he'd be better with a Thuban or Deneb than an Athlon II.

Then just find 4GB of 1.5v DDR3....I recommend G.Skill if you can get it, but make sure it's rated at 1.5V

Can't guarrantee 5 years out of it...but it should run your games.

I got a 7770 and it plays all games I need it to max settings at 1080p aside from the select few such as witcher 2 and metro that gets me about 15 fps. If you want to be future proofed though you will need a card with a 256 bit bus.

Also with the right motherboard you can upgrade
the CPU sometime in the future. Since some mobos
can support multiple CPUs Ex i3,i5,i7 such as your
    Asrock h77 if funds allow.

To answer your question I would think your
graphics card might be able to handle games
In those engines not sure about you processor.
My best guess would be yes at very low to low settings.
settings. Maybe medium settings if you are lucky.
