I have currently in my gamign/workstation setups Logitech G9 A4tech X7 Asus MOBKUL x3 Got alot of left over Logitech Mouses still good but just spares...
Zowie AM http://www.zowiegear.com/component/content/article/203 Raw performance of the sensor is about 90% of the Deathadder / G400 but I just love the shape.
I have a Verbatim Rapier v2 / 3500DPI etc etc... taken most of the weights out though as I like a light mouse.
As MS appear to stop manufacturing the Explorer 3.0 I will soon have a SteelSeries Xai as its similar at least.
The WMO 1.1 is similar to the XAi, whereas the IME 3.0 is more like a DeathAdder as it's bigger and is more suited for palm. Check the Zowie AM/G400(newer batch)/Razer DeathAdder if you want a flawless performing mouse.
Can you let me know when you make the change, a better alternative might pop up before you replace the Explorer 3.0. Good luck getting the best choice. My mouse buttons are playing games, they double click in colder weather and work great when warmer. Today is a double click day.
Lol, the mouse wheel on this Razer Lachesis does the same thing, although i've had it about 4 years now.
I was so close to getting one of those a few days ago but then thought about what everyone else uses and realised, there are a ton of mice I havent even heard of. Thats why I made this thread, but its a lot more interesting than I imagined. (for those wondering what it is, its the Razer Naga or Naga Epic (multicolour LED, adjustable size) and is apparently quite small - I havent seen one yet) KaneJ informed me his mouse is the Naga which is also multicolour, looks like the Wiki page needs correcting http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Razer_USA Same age as my Deathadder. May be a theme here.
