I just got 2 evga 680's. I have 3 of the same monitors and i'm trying to run 2d surround. all three monitors will display but its saying i have only 2. I'm using all dvi. what card should have 2 plugged in and what card should have 1? or does it matter?

You can connect 1 or 2 dvi cables on any card, it does not have to be in a order.

The problem I'm having is the task bar is only showing up on my middle screen and my icons are showing up on my 1st screen. Also window borders are not showing up. When I had my 570's this didn't happen. Could be the 300 drivers?

Um, this is all by design and new features of the 300x series. :)

Thanks. After some research I found that out. I guess it's a good idea but I'd much rather have the icons on my middle monitor. I guess I could move them there.

I find having no desktop icons to be much better, always looks more pleasing.
    But that's just my preference!
