yeah exactly, thats 270w just for your cpu and video card, factor in ram, motherboard chipset, etc fans, usb devices etc You are running dangerously close to the edge, most power supplys (espically cheaper ones) don't even run at their rated wattage, and it degrades over time. Combined with the fact you are running your power supply @ 100% load pretty much allllll the time, you are just looking for a system crash (and hope it doesnt take other components with it when your PS dies, and it will) Go out and invest $50 in a new 500w and call it a day, it works -for now-

As long as you do not run Furmark and OCCT PSU tester (esp. for long periods of time) you will be OK. At normal usage you are not going to be pulling more than 200-220W over the 12V rail and it is rated at 264W. If you dick around and start pushing the PSU, it will go. Use it under normal conditions and keep it cool and it will not be a problem. Do you have a killawatt to see how much it draws from the wall under normal gaming. Forget stress testing it will make you PSU last one month.
