Oh yeah, I love Greek food. For the most part it's quite healthy and it tastes delicious. There's a local place in the city (ok a town to most of you lol) near me that has $5 gyros that are half as big as my head........ wonderful eats there.

 

I'm a chain pizza lover, I know pizza snobs will scoff at it, but I love it. Pizza Hut has some of the best bases around, stuffed crust, cheesy bites and deep pan rock my world, it's just a shame chain pizza is so expensive.

Nice terrible comment. Derailing a thread. If you'd made this ignorant ass comment about anyone else, I'd be giving you an infraction, but there's a bit of a conflict of interest.
There is a huge difference between real mexican food and "white people" mexican food, which refers to the Americanized abomination filled with crappy cheese and grease.
If you saw that as a racist comment, you have a serious, serious persecution complex and should consider speaking to a professional. Or have real mexican food, which i know can't be easy to find in SD, and move on with life.

Why is it that every continental European country has awesome good quality kebabs (at least, the 3 I've eaten kebabs in), with proper meat, and in the UK all they have is reconstituted crap that looks like a friggen t-rex drumstick?

Wherever I have lived, I always sought out the decent kebab houses.
They exist and are Yummmmmm.

Problem is, there are a lot more naff ones.

 

Man, when I read you boys talking about kebob, I always thought you were talking about meat on a stick-shishkebob. That sammich looks awesome. I don't know anywhere around me that sells them, but I'm sure going to try making it at home
