This 8.94 driver enabled the multithread rendering ?

Idk exactly how much I had before updating the drivers, but it feels about the same. I didn't go far from the starting class area prior to these drivers, but I had massive FPS drops in the Jedi temple because of shadows on both 12.1 and these drivers.

Anyone else have the problem where Windows starts up, but CCC.exe and MOM.exe do not launch? Instead, if you check the task manager you just see CLIStart.exe "Catalyst® Control Center Launcher" -- You have to right click the desktop and choose "Catalyst Control Center" to get CCC to launch. This is very annoying because without CCC/MOM.exe running, hotkeys do not work (making it difficult to switch between Extended Desktop and Eyefinity modes, for example). Any solution? I've re-installed the drivers, and CCC separately, but the problem still exists.

Using a single ATI 5870m and these drivers run 1-4 degrees cooler and give me a boost in all my games. Thanks Marthand, Hope the uninstall isn't tragic. :/

Any 5870 single card users here try these? I'm still running the Nov 18th drivers and they seem to be the best for me so far in BF3.

    bf3 - 70 cels. max
skyrim - 78 cels. max , fan at near 39%

The bet driver set for me till date. Specially on BF3 with Cfx.
I'm still havinv some minor issues with Skyrim on Cfx, the default config shows corruption on my screen, the game looks so brightnes and green bars on screen once I try to pause the game. I solve it somehow using 1+1 cfx profile.

    See ya!

Couldnt get Eyefinity working with these. Their own CCC didnt work and using 12.1's CCC showed an AMP XMP (onboard GFX) setup which I definitely do not have instead of an Eyefinity capable 5970!

Is anyone else missing the AA options in CCC?

Performance is better in SWTOR and the image quality is alot better.

What about your performance in each of these games compared to previous drivers?

Just curious because we have the same CPU, but I have mine running at 3.7-4ghz and I have a 5870 :)

I think these are worse in BF3 than 12.1 Prev.

just tried these drivers, with bf3
on my dual 6870 setup they ran about 10% slower then 11.11c and gave a odd stutter :bawl:
