300+ leg raisers woop woop so happy had to share this ive been working at it for a while and now i absolute kill this excessive now these are what i do in video but with arm rests..like the pick below http://images.teamsugar.com/files/users/1/12981/32_2007/dip-machine.jpg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RurZqcpbfaM 20x10reps 13x8reps 30sec brakes for 10reps followed by 45sec brakes for 8rep ones
Its good you can do so many but this exercise, http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/hanging-pike and this one, http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/ab-exercises/wipe-out-your-gut are the best, although extreme exercise for your abs. The dip chair works your hip flexors and your abs equally as much as one another. Still a good exercise. Just another thing, the guy in that video does the exercise wrong, your legs should never come to a resting position at the bottom, from perpendicular they should stop at 30 degrees and then move up again, you don't want a resting sway. I'm in my 40s now and still have a six pack with separated obliques.
as long as you work out the muscles it doesnt matter how you do it, in the end the only thing that will matter is your bodyfat %
I can do maybe about 10x2 reps max of those before my abs just give out entirely. Need to exercise more.
I live in Manhattan, I almost wish I had a bike (that's a huge "almost"). I have little endurance, mainly good for the few massive reps but can't do long-distance/endurance kind of exercises.
I have two bikes, sweet-ass bikes, so if you want to, we can go ride. If you only make 2 miles on your first ride, it's cool. We all start somewhere. Hell, when I got back to riding 5 years ago, my first ride was 3 miles, and I thought I would die. Now, it's nothing to go 30+, though sometimes I feel like I'll die.
i push bike anywhere up to 120miles week ends when i go out peakdistrict for photography...you just have to condition your body and it will adapt quickly enough keep it up guys
For all who wanted to really see 304 girls raise their legs: :nerd: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_fCqg92qks
nice, but i wasnt really directing my comment at a single person. was more of a general fyi to those who don't know
