I just bought a logitech M310 wireless mouse and 4im having some problems with it. It's stuttering like crazy but only when playing multiplayer FPS games (crysis wars) in windows works perfectly fine no stutter.
It's like it stops working for a sec then works again and goes on like this every 3-4 seconds .
    Any suggestions please?

Do you have the latest firmware and driver for the mouse? Can you force 1000Hz polling rate? Is it fully charged?

I would check for those things first.

Maybe the surface on which the mouse is used might not be of the proper type.
Reinstall mouse driver and/or default it's settings.

Try unchecking 'Enable Smart Move' and 'Enable Pointer Tails', no Acceleration, and for 'Speed and Acceleration' use radio button for OS, try 'Game Detection' on or off.

The mouse is fully charged ,brand new with duracel battery. I downloaded the latest set point software from logitech site.

How do I force 1000Hz pooling rate ???

Smart move is unchecked( tried checked too)
The surface is good because I have no problems in windows only in games.
