TheHunter, I tend to think the 270.32 are still better for Black Ops. You showed some stats here above. What are the values for the 270.32 compared to what you put here for the 267.91 and the 267.66?

I played Crysis 2 for a few hours last night using these drivers and had no problems at all. :3eyes:

I scored 2362 with v1.04 of that (IMO) useless tool with those same drivers. In my experience that 2D bench returns inconsistent results and should not be relied on.

P.S. I got 2540 with the buffered 2D bench test.

For me no problems with the driver ( GTX 560Ti with International driver ).

    Works very well.

No problems here with this driver, tryed crysis 2, CS:S, fallout 3, war3, masseffect 2, dead space 2, and AvP.

Performance wise the same as previous releases.. perhaps + - a few fps here and there.. but no major drops in fps, at least not that i noticed, so it's nothing i'm worried about.

Keepers till nvidia releases the next whql :)

A little off-topic but still driver relevant... does anyone know why the installer keeps multiple copies of all the drivers in the C:/Program Files/NVIDIA Corporation folder inside numerous Installer.xx folders? I have several GBs worth now and some 14 different ones. Can they be safely deleted as they're just wasting space on my SSD?

Interesting i didnt know it did that. Is it related to the new installer perhaps? I dont see why you couldnt remove them.

nope, because both 270.xx gave me that out of focus blurred image in RE5.

I presume so because prior to using the HD 5870 CFX for seven months the last drivers from NVIDIA I was using with my old GTX 280, which had a terrible installer, didn't do that.

I suspect I have multiple copies because I only do upgrade installs as opposed to clean installs. However, I did do a clean install while trying to find out why StarCraft II kept crashing (now sorted) but it didn't remove the old folders.

the only SLI related problem in crysis2 with these set that I'm having is subtle shadow flickering.

Some FPS counts would be nice. How much of an increase are you seeing?

Getting these to install was quite the hassle (the installer kept failing) after having some 270's for a day or two, but once I installed them things turned out for the best. Good performance in Crysis 2 and Dragon Age 2, which are my top priorities for the moment.

Search Google. But there is a benchmark.cmd in the game folder as well, but havent been able to get it work my self. But there are 3rd party benchmarks for the game.

I didn't want to start a new thread but someone on the [Hard]OCP forum seems to think that a new WHQL driver with further performance improvements for Dragon Age II will be out tomorrow. I heard they weren't out until early April but maybe they were ready earlier than expected (they were apparently put back a couple of weeks originally)?
