Is the z5500 still the best 5.1 system you can get for PC?

    yeah, it didn't make any sense to me either. anyways, I'd like to see some reviews about the upcoming speakers. maybe robscix can do it?

    GPU, what monitor or hdtv do you have connected to that beast of a pc + speaker systeM?

    Ok, I get it. Z5500 has only one way front speakers. The questions is: Does anyone here have any specific suggestion to improve the existing z5500 system? Say, swap two Z5500 front speakers with X brand speakers.

    You could swap the speakers for something else - something cheap like JBL Control 1s might offer a significant improvement if you don't have a big budget.

    The tonal balance would be different however, if you use surround regularly it'd certainly be worth replacing the three front speakers with similar ones.

    You would be better off just swapping the entire system.
