For a song I found the chords, the pattern goes like this...

    C, EM7/B, FM9

However, I tried to search the chord FM9 but it seems like there's no F Major 9, only F Minor 9.

Q1) Is there an alternative similar chord that can be substituted?

Q2) This is a general question since I'm asking anyways... What does the slash between EM7/B denote? What am I to do?

    Thank you :)

Try either an augmented or suspended second I think they are (Aug2/Sus2) for the 9th, cos a 9th is an octave above the second, just play whichever sounds happier. As for the /B I think you need to whack a B in there somehwere, though most E chords will do that as the 5th anyway.

    Hope it helps
