Hello People.. Ok, I purchased a PNY GTX465 a few months back, it was unlockable so I 'partially' unlocked it, by partially I mean I just increased the amount of "stream processors", not flashing it to a 470 BIOS, increasing the stream processor was enough, it increased my performance in 3Dmark Vantage by almost 3000 pts.

Now, all I want to know is >> are the ones being sold "now", PNY or any other brand, still "unlockable"? PNY refuses to answer this question. I just don't want to waste my money purchasing another if I can't unlock it. Does anyone know for sure? Is "Asus" still unlockable?

Today I flashed mine, Temps are higher but staying below 70c during gamming so far
I had to raise my fan to 75% while gaming but when it down clocks it is cooler than the
    465 Bios.

I think it is very rare to get a unlockable 465 now (i luckily got one a month back but it was old stock), although there is an MSI version with high success rates, I would just get a gtx460 and overclock it

Yeah I bought it the end of last year and wanted to see if it would upgrade although I knew it was a 10 chip with the correct Gf100 but I just never wanted to adjust.

Now I see it as if it has problems I will reflash sell and get a 500 series.
