Ok i have i problem with Battlefield Bad Company 2 and these drivers! The problem is SLI scaling! Scaling is awful in the normal Multiplayer maps! About 5o-55% Gpu usage on each of my cards which is awful. And no i am not using vsync! But when i play Bad company 2 Vietnam it scales very well 90-95% usage on each Gpu! I have reported the poor performance to Nvidia! I know these are new cards and drivers are not top notch yet but i dont understand why it scales great in Vietnam and not the normal Multiplayer! Anybody else having this issue?

Well is there any bottleneck in your system ... the reason your cards run so well in Vietnam is probably because there is "less" going on ...

    What's your average FPS in BC2 non-vietnam <<< :)

Nah no bottleneck seeing that all my other games scale very well!:)
I dunno the avg FPS but i know GPU usage is awful in the normal single player!

Who cares as long as your games not crashing not every game is optimized to use the full potential of cards that can handle wayyyyy more they have hardly even started using directX 11 in the games that are out right now.

    I use a Corsair Profesional series 80+ 850W ...

That is more than enough to handle GTX 580 SLI ...

My FPS in BC2 is from 60 - 120, so no problem there ;0)

I heard that SLI scaling in BC2 MP didn't work as well as in SP. I ran a few FRAPS benchmarks on my own with one card vs two and it didn't make that much of a difference.

Did previous drivers give you better scaling?

No! I have tried them all even quadros and scaling is still awful! But word has said that SLI scaling on 580s will improve in next months driver release!

For very good sli scaling in bc2 vanilla, I have to use 266.35 og 266.44. Then I have 90+% gpu load on both cards.

Vietman have good scaling and fps like you with 266.58.
    This is with 2xgtx580.

Yeah but both 266.35 and 266.44 have the AA bug in them!

Your problem may have nothing to do with your sli setup. When playing multiplayer games, your fps are also dependent on a quick ping and stable internet connection. Otherwise all your horsepower has to "wait" until the next input comes from the network and this will drive down the FPS.

I have 100/100mbit with 0.8ms ping to NIX. It is the driver for me :)

Don't worry about it, with vsync on i'm scaling like 35% in each card in BC2. i seems to be a bug because other games i scale very high except this one.

It is normal... won't people understand? If you put Vsync, have constant 60 fps and have overkill cards, your cards won't be completely used!
