Unplug it and see if that helps.
With certains cards speakers are muted when cans are connected.

There should be a setting that say mute speakers, or switch to headphone mode...etc.
look through the drivers and find all the settings.

    Enjoy:)

So I posted a question on creative's forum....basically I can't get my speakers to play with both my headset and speakers plugged into the sound card...I've tried searching all over the control panels with no luck....and this is what the Creative guy said

"I don't think you can do that. I've tested this with a set of speakers and Creative Tactic3D Sigma headset (using the 3.5mm mini-jack), the behavior is the same as you described. You won't be able to get both of them to play at the same time."

Now this is lame....I have to keep disconnecting my headset in order to use my speakers....and I have to keep plugging in my headset every time I want to game with my headset

hmm, I was pretty sure there was a setting. I guess not.
If I get a chance to look at the card I will check for the setting.
I have little faith in their tech support.

if you have an account with creative forums, you can take a look at my thread...I guess other members are saying its not possible either

do you think I should run a 3.5mm splitter and share headseat and z-2300 together on one RCA?

It may not be. I just said I will ake a look if I get a chance. If you have looked through and not found any setting then perhaps it is not available. I may be thinking of another model...

You will still have to unplug the headphones if it doesnt have a mute on them. To stop them from playing sound when your using speakers.

    Hey guys :)

I have just bought my X-Fi Titanium HD and it works perfectly :).
    But....
    Where is mic boost???? :wanker:
With my old X-Fi XtremeMusic, the mic boost was available in the CCL.
I didn't find more information about that :(.

Is it possible this function appear in the next drivers?

(sorry for mistakes, my english is average^^).

there is currently no console launcher for the titanium HD...you will have to wait till the next set of drivers/applications come out

and we all know how creative's driver team is :wanker:

in theory the ones for the other X-FIs should install on the system even if you have a X-Fi HD.
