thid bench is less uggly than Vantage.

 

Now bench has a proper description of what each test is supposed to do.

Each test is shorter cos there are so many but i still think it completes faster than vantage overall even though i didn't time them.


Anyway it's still the first version. I'm sure there will be revisions in time to come.


PS the revamped orb site doesn't have the graphs just figures to show how high the score is which isn't too dramatic and they also removed details of all the old scores submitted prior to their site make over.

Too bad your not closer i have a spare pspc 1200w laying around,still great results on power usage for 4 cores and 980x under 1k watts is ok.

isnt this low for a PII at 3.6ghz? i mean, cpu and physics score.... @_@

i tried downing OC a little (to 3597 and nothing)..

Hey Hans!, have you tried the newest catalyst 10.12s with 3DMARK2011?

 

im getting 3k physics and combined score when in other windows (same PC) i get 4'3k and 4k.

And in this windows other benchmarks work fine (even ingame cpu ones at 640x480, same result than the clean windows).

WTF with 3dmark2011?

Tried disabling everything on background...

Actually my setup trials with 10.12 were not successful last night.
Install failures, two CAT-driver installs parallel and one cannot be deleted and a lot of BSOD's. And I do really know, how to make a CLEAN install. :bang:

So I used system recovery to switch back to XG10.10 and played some Mafia 2 in Eyefinity instead of driving me nuts!

Did you have success regarding 10.12 CFX support for 3DM11?
My feeling is, that it still won't work. The new CAP doesn't mention 3DM11 and I tested before 10.11 RC2, which is newer and still doesn't support it.

Anyone here knows it?
