The same tweaks are applied in 10.10e, so it's only AMD updates. You have a HD6xxx, so it's mainly AMD updates for you, you should take it.

    Thanks for confirming it.

I guess at the same time we can conclude that it is not the Catalyst driver going out of sync either.
Unless there is a difference between TwL's 4.70 and the newer 10.10 sets.

    Hi,

after deinstalling the 10.10e von modded driver version to install the new 10.11 driver the installation package won't find my graphic card anymore. I have a Sapphire 6870.

Anybody a suggestion? Should i reinstall the von modded again?

    greets

Same here. For the mobility, the CMD worked up til the install of catalyst, then it just quits. I had to go to the actual catalyst installer.

The desktop version errors for just about every step (cannot find file). The catalyst drivers will not install for anything, something about "could not find the driver". I can't recall exactly.

I even added my card to the INF...which was missing. No install. Entered test mode, no install.

I finally gave up on the desktop version.

Edit: Also noting about the mobility version, my card shoes up as a "HD 4500/5100" thus making the new AA option available when it doesn't work. It's actually a 4570.

10.11 doesn't support HD6xxx in the inf file, it's written in the 10.11 thread first post list.

Thanks to report, if you talking about 10.10d Mobility, yes I made a mistake in it, I forgot to remove it from download list. 10.10e Mobility should work great, I corrected my bad. Don't forget to run "ati-**** cleaner installer.cmd" as administrator.

hey Von Dach, thanks for your work on these drivers, I really like what you've done here. Do you have any plans to release the 10.11 version of the drivers? I know they just came out today, so you might need time. Thanks in advance

This seems to have helped my Steam powered Magic the Gathering DotP. Before there would be large jerks or stutters when drawing a card, etc. Seems to be smooth now.

Thanks also for the link to Latency Monitor, it's a very useful tool.

HPET disabled helped smooth things out for me, if you have trouble with both drivers then yea one wud assume they aren't the problem...

I also use a bootloader switch just in case, you could try it and see if it helps...

    bcdedit /set useplatformclock true

I think that's the cmd, but I'm sure you'll know it anyway...

Well the drivers files are dated 26 Oct, 10.10e files are dated 4-5 Nov and support HD6xxx. So I don't see the need to mod 10.11, if people report something fabulous in it maybe. I'll wait and observe.

I would really like to try the drivers out but I am having a problem. No driver since 10.6 has recognized my card. The only things the drivers want to update is the catalyst install manager.

Go in Device Manager> Display adapters> [your card]> right-click properties> Details> Hardware Ids> right-click first line value> Select All Copy> Send back here, I'll check if I can mod the inf for you.

    Should look like that:
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0611&SUBSYS_104019DA&REV_A2
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0611&SUBSYS_104019DA
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0611&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0611&CC_0300

    Do you use Win7 x64?

Yeah this method will be simpler.

Run "ati **** cleaner and installer.cmd", close it when asked to install driver.

    Update driver from Device Manager.

Is the 10.11 CAP newer than the one from you´re latest CAP Switcher? If so, could you update it please?

    Thanks

When I said that disabling/enabling HPET doesn't do any difference on my system, I didn't mean it in a negative way. :)
    Thanks anyway.

    MOM.implementation

I keep getting MOM.implementation error. I've uninstalled/reinstalled .net 4.0 and cleaned all traces of 10.10e official. Nothing I seem to do works. :bang:

Fixed, just reinstall and run uninstaller from ATI and then clean the registry with ccleaner. After run ati_****-cleaner and installation, all will be good.
