    sry but seeing your gpu in that system, is like my old pc with p4 and 8800gts in it > huge bottleneck;

if you can, put in at least a q9550 in that system :)

Hay I noticed that after modding my new BIOS it is 61KB while my older 480 BIOS was 64KB in size, what does this mean and is this going to be a problem?

    Hello BetA13,

I got a new GTX 460 since my last one didnt really want to overclock good.

Could you change the 3D speeds to 850/1700/2000 1.050 voltage.
And change fan minimum to 30% and unlock voltage max.

    Thanks.

Thanks, i noticed a small problem with 30% fan the fans are acting wierd. Could you change it back to 40% ( for example the fan is going much faster on 30% than 40% lol ) But the wierd thing i dont here it go faster, but afterburner gpu-z saying its going faster.

I tested my GPU with OCCT and it was stable for 15mins with that speed and voltage. With 1.025 i recieved artifacts. And i only want to flash speeds in my card that are 100% stable.

Sorry when I try to upload BIOS it says invalid file. :3eyes: I went ahead and flashed without any issues.

    Hello Beta,

Would it be possible to change the minimum fan speed to 25%? Just that, nothing else!

    Thank you

    Again, thank you Beta.

Now, my first experience after flashing the modified bios and playing with Afterburner settings:
    1) There is significant noise difference going from 40% to 25% (at least to me!)
    2) Afterburner correctly uses the fan curve i have set
    3) Afterburner reports completely erratic fan RPM (max of 591000!!!)
    4) However, since temperature is reported correctly (i have cross-checked with Speedfan) and is normal (~30C at idle) and i don't hear the fan spining up and down (see 2) i will keep both the new bios and Afterburner settings

    I hope this was helpful

I feel stupid at this point, but how do you ppl attach your bios files to here?

I mean, i try to upload the file, but it´s .bin, and i can´t get it uploaded... And yeah, at this point, i´m too lazy/drunk to google, browsed first few pages, but i didnt see any post regarding to my issue -.-

Would like to get a bios, to unlock the voltages on my Asus 470, if i feel like to brake the warranty while sober.

Anyways, i hope i could get the answer when i wake up, if not, then i´ll search the answer.

Just rename the FIle, lets say its called GF100.bin to GF100.bin.TXT

thats it, then u can atach it as an attachement.. ;)
