Nope, theres no Fan Controll in the bios i could change..But if i find something i will tell you..for now u need to stick with afterburner to controll the fan..

Why would u need 1.112 Voltage to get to 860 MHZ gpu and 2000 Ram?
I have the same Card and 0.987 - 1.000 is rock stable here with these Clocks..I think 1.112 is a lil high....
Please rethink and test..

i tested my card so many games,vantage,atitool artifact scanner and occt gpu test..At first i thought 860 mhz stable on 1.037 (mafia 2,dragon age,
vantage stable) but full shader used games(crysis) and atitool has a little artifact after in 5-10 minutes..These artifacts disappear 1.075v..Then i tested
occt...860 mhz 1.075v a little artifact again in 2-3 minutes..increase voltage step by step and 1.112v no more artifact on occt..i think my card full stable 1.112v all games and test programs and benchmarks..

Sorry I have already flashed it to a 470, but at stock its unstable.

Its stable at 700 @ 1000, 1603 for the memory, so could you mod the bios for these settings for me.

I changed the 3d Clocks to 860 Gpu, and 2000 ram..

i also set 1.112 Voltage on the 3d mode.

ok, please tell me at what VOLTAGE and what clocks ur card is stable..so i can set the VOltage..

you did not say anything about the voltage u need to get it stable..Or did u meant 1000 is the voltage u mean?

Thanks for the Roms, now i do not have to use a Program to OC my 2x
Geforce GTX 460 1GB.

My 2x Geforce GTX 460 1GB gets 95c and 86c in FurMark, i know it's a little
bit hot but they are stable, and Idel: 42c and 34c.

Update: and when i play Crysis my 2x Geforce GTX 460 1GB will get
max 69c and 71c, that are great temps

With a Room temp of 21c.

Can you please modify this BIOS from Giga GTX460 1GB, only the 40% min. fan speed limit down to 30%.

All the reviews around the web tell me that this card will be silent, but in my opinion, it definitely isn't. I've read the whole thread, so I undestand that 30% should be the safe minimum for PWM fans.

oki doki..i changed it like u wanted..And no theres no way u can change the RAM Voltage..only vcore voltage..The only card right now that can change ram voltage is the gtx460 MSI Hawk edition...

i changed the Core clock to 700 and the ram to 1603. Core voltage is 1.000 Volt..

GTS450 flashed fine.

The fan change did not affect manual control...25% to 90% only slider bar function.

What did change is the automatic temp controlled idle speed fan dropped to 0% or 5%

Any other setting you can see to enable manual control?

Could you do a bios like the two you just did for 10%? I will use this if manual fan control isnt possible.

UPDATE!!!! The automatic fan control function in afterburner works perfectly!!!!!!!!! just no manual control below 25%

Have it running on 10% fine GPU at 38 deg C.

Could you do a bios like the first 2 but at 10% I will use this plus automatic fan control profile.

Interesting the fan speed doesn't drop until the windows driver is initialized after which card must switch to low power saving idle mode
