Best Drivers For 5850 Crossfire

Which version of Catalyst drivers are best for a 5850 Crossfire setup I tried 10.8 but having issues with a couple of games.

 

Which games are you having trouble with? Im using 10.8's with the 10.8a crossfire x profile with no issues so far.

 

Crysis and Bad Company 2 getting flashing textures on some levels.

 

To eliminate driver problems, use TwLs driver mods but you must follow his instructions rigorously, its a bit of a read.

10.4a and 10.5 are the best drivers for 5850CFX on my system.

 

Since the recent MS updates I've had real trouble using a 10.5a derivative playing Dirt 2.
Its really hard to get it to use 2 graphics cards.
I can force it to change by modifying Vsync back and forth in game (this seems to reset the gfx driver), but it ends up crashing if done too often.
I havent tried a later driver to see if it helps yet, this is just fyi and to see if anyone else has this problem.
It may apply to all drivers.
