These drivers have been pretty good so far.

Afterburner actually helped me through the superbuggy 10.6 and i also got a msi hawk now so extra support i guess from afterburner i guess. Damn my card clocks good, better then my previous xfx v1.

The crashes seem related to powerplay still. When i enable voltage control and force constant voltage in afterburner it seems to keep everything stable and the driver crashes dissapeared.

If i turned of afterburner i got the driver stopped responding. Probably because of the power going to low. I dont know if its the same thing with this driver because ive kept afterburner open the whole time since install and everything is smooth both 2d and 3d.

10.7 has been working so far, tested it on avp, borderlands, fallout 3 and starcraft 2 of course. No crashes or any other problems and good performance.

Can you enable crossfire and AA with these on starcraft 2?

Ok cool that fixed it,now uses 1-3% CPU.. i notice most HD videos bitrate is @ 10Mbps,but i did a video for MTV a couple of months ago,MTV demanded it to be @ 50Mbps bitrate else they wont accept it.. i get around 30% usage on the CPU with the 50Mbps bitrate video in VLC now, before the GPU acceleration was enabled it was around 50% :)

Am I the only one missing the Catalyst Overdrive page from CCC ? I tried to uninstall the previous drivers , used Driver Sweeper to clean up ATI's settings and reinstalled this again , still no Overdrive , any advice on how to get that back to CCC ?

You cant use 6x AA on 5xxx cards, if you bother checking the CCC you will see its 2, 4 or 8 (or 16 if you have Crossfire)

    1. Uninstall drivers.
    2. Run driver sweeper.
    3. After reboot delete all ati sub folders, meaning, go C:/Users/Nickname/AppData/Local and Roaming.
    4. Run regedit and delete all regs left from hkey current user/software and hkey local machine/software.
    5. Run any registry cleaner. I use Tune Up Utilities and CCleaner.
    6. Install drivers.

Anyone tried these with Starcraft 2?

DLing atm still 4 hours left so can't try them myself.

Nice to hear BC2 have gotten performance increases and cfx enabled and working.

10.7 seem fine for me. I ran the "ATI **** cleaner" that was posted earlier in the thread, I think it does a better job that driver sweeper. I've only played Dirt 2, Just Cause 2 and Metro 2033 but all seem to work fine.

Yep, it does a better job.
    It erase EVERYTHING ATI related.
Driver Sweeper sucks, it does more damage than deleting the System folder of windows. Ppl should stop using it.

BFBC2 stretches the screen resolution vertically when either DP monitor is connected OR crossfire is enabled. To fix I need to disabled DP monitor OR disable crossfire. Checking to see if Eyefinity works next...

Everything works fine on my rig, more or less same as previous drivers... tested with Crysis, GTA 4, MW2, CoD4, SC Conviction, and specially BC2 now works very smooth... It was a little bit lagy with 10.5 and 10.6, but now is very smooth on max settings, 1680x1050, card overclocked at 920/1200.

I ran into some small texture issues with Prototype. Not a big deal but I do need to say I went back to 10.6 on everything anyway. The 10.7 sb driver set broke USB function on my set up.
