French Laundry. TRU and Alinea in Chicago are up there. Local faves are Bar La Grassa, Sea Change, Piccolo, Alma, 112 Eatery, La Belle Vie, Solera. Heidi's was my favorite locally before it burned down, can't wait until they reopen.
