for some reason my cards sit at full power unless i disable SLI and re enable it. is this a know issue ? using 197.75
Yes, it's a driver issue. I have to do the same after 3D application is closed UNLESS I use Adaptive Performance mode (nVidia driver setting) WITH 'Balanced mode' selected in Windows7. And still sometimes my GPU2 will stay on 3D clocks and don't clock down and then I have to disable/enable SLI to get it working again.
