Well once again, i give up on installing new drivers. I was using the drivers that came with my disc for the longest time, the 181.20, very good drivers and stable. Windows gave a score of 6.7 for the graphics. So all the other drivers sucks, infact the 190 series of drivers seems to be much much worse in performance compared to the older series of drivers. Even tho for my PNY GT240 card the drives off the disc, 191.07 works great. Infact, i have notice drivers that come with the card always seems to work the best about 90% of the time.

Anyways , so i just tested the newest drivers, 197.45, windows gave a scored for my graphics as 6.6

So anyways, the 177.40 seems to the best driver i ever seen. Windows gave me a score of 5.6. You may be saying 5.6, wait thats lower then 6.6 or 6.7, yes it is. But Jericho and other games runs so good, with no problems.
And this is from WDDM 1.0, not WDDM 1.1.
So it seems that WDDM 1.0 IS faster than WDDM 1.1 depending on your card and i guess hardware.

So i suggest anyone who is using a 9800GT, use the 177.40. You may see a huge increase in performance. People always say that older drivers don't work good, this is not true. So i am sticking with the 177.40's.
    peace

Coming from the same guy that wants to force his DX10 card to only use DX9 on Windows 7, this does not surprise me.
