    I want to play God Of War 3 on my PC but since it is PS3 exclusive, i was wondering are there PS3 emulators for PC?

    EVEN IF YOU DO GET A PS3 EMU YOU WILL NEED A BLU RAY DRIVE TO PLAY THE GAMES WHICH ALONE COSTS~100$

    The latest ps2 emu can just about play games at full speed,and thats on high end rigs,no chance of getting a ps3 emu.

    Thanx anyway.I thought if there were ps2 emulators there ought to be a ps3.How come no one has made one? Is it because ps3 is Linux based or because Sony is doing its best to squeeze out money out of an outdated hardware?

    because there is no idea in making one.
    Todays hardware are not capable of emulating a PS3.

    As someone stated, the latest PS2 emu are capable of playing PS2 games in full-speed on high-end hardware.

    We are a long long long way from playing PS3 games on the PC.

    google "How does emulation work" and read up and you'll get a better picture of everything.

    But as I said .
    In short, There's no hardware good enough to emulate a PS3.

    After reading on how emulation works i now understand why modern CPUs struggle to emulate ps2.The file received from emulation process is bigger than the original one and application of emulation algorithms uses extra CPU resources.
    So,if there is ps2 emulator i can play God of War 1 and 2?
    They are ps2 exclusives.

    yeah u cancreate ur own legal games iso etc..well, law/rules has flaws..and thats it lol.
